About Me
About Me
For over 16 years, I have dedicated my life to developing student-athletes and helping them reach the next level — both on and off the court.
As a long-time high school coach, I’ve worked directly with athletes and families through every stage of the recruiting process. Through that experience, I’ve built real relationships with college coaches, evaluated talent at a high level, competed in demanding environments, and guided players through successful college placements. I understand firsthand what coaches are looking for — and more importantly, how to position athletes to stand out.
But recruiting isn’t just about talent. It’s about strategy, exposure, education, and timing.
My approach goes far beyond highlight tapes and mass emails. I teach athletes and families how the college recruiting process actually works:
Understanding NCAA recruiting timelines and rules
Identifying the right academic and athletic fit
Building a realistic and strategic target school list
Communicating professionally and confidently with college coaches
Creating impactful highlight films and player profiles
Navigating camps, showcases, and unofficial/official visits
Preparing for conversations, interviews, and commitment decisions
College placement is not accidental. It’s intentional. It requires a plan.
Throughout my career, I’ve helped players continue their athletic careers at the collegiate level by combining development, exposure, and education. My mission is simple: to empower athletes with the knowledge, tools, and confidence to take ownership of their recruiting journey.
At the core of my philosophy is this belief:
Talent opens the door. Preparation gets you through it.
If you’re serious about playing at the next level, it starts with understanding the process — and having someone in your corner who’s been through it before.
